Our experience and understanding of fabrication, construction tolerances, weld shrinkage, movements and deflections is key to our continued success. We believe that this experience has given us a unique insight into the needs of construction projects where effective dimensional control will eliminate major problems that can have far-reaching adverse effects.

We use proprietary 3D Dimensional Control technology to survey projects. An example of work would include existing piping locations, pipe spool change-outs, new routing interrogations and new build installation hook-ups. The above mentioned are common areas in which projects benefit from our knowledge and experience.

We have proved the value and success of using DC survey/ prefabrication philosophy on many projects worldwide. Project Management are now understanding the benefits in cost and schedule savings by being able to prefabricate pipe-work that can be hydro-tested and painted prior to component installations taking place.
