On the 3rd April Hi-Cad was acquired by the Intertek Group plc (Intertek).www.intertek.com
Intertek are a leading provider of
quality and safety solutions to a wide range of industries around the world and
has extensive world-wide office support and infra structure.
Hi-Cad will become part of the Industrial Services Division which has a large
international inspection and services group and we view this development as a
great opportunity to expand our capabilities and ability to support our clients
on a truly global front.
The existing Hi-Cad management team will remain in place with business as usual
moving forward, however, the network of business development, support staff and
offices that Intertek has established around the world will hopefully see us
strengthen our global presence.
We look forward to continuing our good relationship with all our clients and
hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate our ability to provide an improved
service level as part of the Intertek Group.
